RETURN and CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

For Product Return: Log in and create a return request on your completed order. You can deliver the product to Yurtiçi Kargo branches within 7 days with our Yurtiçi Kargo Customer Code (732370938) and the Easy Return code you received and send it to us free of charge. We will share information when the product reaches us and the necessary checks are completed. After the product is examined, information on whether the return or exchange is approved will be sent to your account. Refunds for approved orders will be reported to your bank the next day.

Return Period: The return period is 15 days.

The preparation time for your orders is 1-3 business days. Shipment cannot be made on official holidays. The period may be extended depending on stock status.

Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Our products are made of genuine leather materials inside and outside. The user is responsible for any errors caused by the use of our products.

Our products cannot be thrown into the machine. (Lossing can be done)

It is recommended to wear our laced models by opening the laces completely.
