DELIVERY WITH CARGO
- For purchases of 1989 TL or more, shipping is free to all parts of Turkey.
- Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day. Delivery time is 1-2 working days in Istanbul and 1-3 working days outside Istanbul, with the assurance of UPS KARGO.
DELIVERY BY COURIER IN 4 HOURS IN ISTANBUL
- Payments for products sent by courier are taken in advance and the courier fee belongs to the buyer.
- With courier delivery, your orders placed until 17:00 on weekdays and 14:00 on Saturday will be delivered to your address within 4 hours at the latest.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have the right to return and exchange the products you order from johnrichardo.com and johnrichardo.com.tr within 14 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that they have not been used. If the product is produced as a special production, there is no refund. Refunds can be made only on ordered products in stock.
Exchange and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
